Terms: Unless specified, all orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS), regular ground service. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day service is available at an extra charge, but must be requested when order is placed. Orders are subject to a handling fee to offset packaging costs. Shipping and handling is free on orders over $500 (ground freight only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There is a $15 service charge for each check returned. Any account that has a check returned for any reason will automatically be placed on a C.O.D. "money order only" basis.

Back Orders: We don't hold pending back orders; please re-order.

Delivery: Parts orders are generally filled within 24 hours of receipt. All parts are shipped FOB Big People Scooters, Seattle, Washington.

Claims: Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that if will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed with the carrier immediately. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within fifteen days of invoice date.

Returns: Big People Scooters, will not accept goods for credit without prior authorization. All requests for returns must be made within fifteen days of invoice date. All freight charges must be prepaid on returns and insured for your protection. Any parts accepted for credit must be in new condition and in the original containers. All returns will be credited to your parts account at your cost, less a 15% restocking charge, unless Big People Scooters, was at fault. Unauthorized returns and refused C.O.D.'s are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping costs.

Big People Scooters reserves the right to limit the supply of any merchandise. Due to changing foreign exchange rates and inflationary forces, prices are subject to change without notice. We are happy to quote current prices at any time. We reserve the right to ship all orders at the price in effect on the shipment date.

BIG PEOPLE SCOOTERS MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO PRODUCTS IT DISTRIBUTES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BIG PEOPLE SCOOTERS will, however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of its products, and BIG PEOPLE SCOOTERS accepts no liability for such damages. BIG PEOPLE SCOOTERS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
